Can you switch your phone information to another phone without having the original phone?

I lost my phone, and I’m just going to call U.S cellular and have them cancel the subscription on that particular phone so nobody calls or whatever. So, my aunt is going to give me one of her old blackberry phones and I don’t really know how they would put the info onto that phone without having my old phone….haha.. I’m not sure, just asking. Thanks ^-^
Unfortunately, you will need your old phone to get the information because they have to connect them.
