How can I recover my phone information?

So, I have a HTC WildFire and I had problems with it, so i ran a factory reset, it fixed all of the problems but now i have deleted everything from my phone…. D: Contacts, apps, messages, pictures music and themes, is there any way i can recover them? Thanks
I had the HTC Pure a while ago and it also had a system reset.
I’m sorry but im pretty sure that when you delete your info its gone for good., but your contacts should have been saved to your sim card, and if you put any data on a micro SD card then it should still be there

Please be noted that your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there’s any on your computer.
