How do I get the information changed on a Virgin Mobile Phone?

I am selling my Virgin Mobile phone to a young woman and I need to know how I should go about changing the information, like the account information, the phone number and pin.
Just go online and either get a new virgin mobile phone, or deactivate your account if you are done using virgin mobile, and when she gets the phone, there will be no traces of your old account on it.
