how do i transfer my old cell phone information to my new one?

my old phone is now diactivated but it still has my info how can i get that information to my new cell phone. and i have verizon.

You can always go to a verizon store and ask them to transfer your contacts. They might charge a fee though.
You can active your old phone through your online account. Just go to verizons web site and click support. Click the “activate phone” under phone & devices. Then when the old phone is activated you can port your stuff t your verizon pix account or to your computer. Then transfer them to your new phone that way.
